Log in and set up your account

Here's how to sign in to Tera on the web and on your phone.

On the web

1. Go to your company's Tera URL.
2. If asked, choose your region (India or US).
3. Enter your email and password and sign in — or use Sign in with Google.
4. If your company uses two-factor authentication, enter the 6-digit code sent to you.

The first time you sign in, you may be guided through a short onboarding before you reach your dashboard.

On mobile

1. Open the TeraCloud app (see Install the mobile app).
2. Sign in with your email and password (and a 6-digit code if prompted). In India, you can also sign in with a phone OTP.
3. Optionally turn on biometric unlock (fingerprint or face) for faster, secure access.

Forgot your password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password?, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.
