Here's how to sign in to Tera on the web and on your phone.
On the web
- Go to your company's Tera URL.
- Choose your region — INDIA or US. Your account lives in one region only; if you pick the wrong one, use the region switch link to go back.
- Enter your email and password and sign in — or use Sign in with Google.
- If your company has extra verification switched on, you'll be asked for a 6-digit code. Tera emails the code to you — enter it to finish signing in.
The first time you sign in, you may be guided through a short onboarding before you reach your dashboard.
Note: The 6-digit verification step is switched on by your company, not by you. There's no setting to enable it yourself and no authenticator app to configure. If you're asked for a code, look in the inbox of the email address you signed in with.
On mobile
- Open the TeraCloud app (see Install the mobile app).
- Sign in with your email and password (and a 6-digit code if prompted). In India, you can also sign in with a phone OTP.
- Optionally turn on biometric unlock (fingerprint or face) for faster, secure access.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen, select Forgot password?, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link we send you.
