Can't sign in to Tera? Work through these steps — most login problems are quick to fix.
Check the basics
- Make sure you're using the email address your company registered with Tera.
- Check for typos, extra spaces, or Caps Lock in your password.
- If you use the mobile app, confirm you have an internet connection.
Reset your password
If your password isn't working:
- On the login screen, tap Forgot password?
- Enter your registered email and submit.
- Open the reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the exact email your company uses for Tera.
Still can't get in?
- "Account not found" or "invalid user" — your account may not be set up yet, or a different email is on file. Ask your Tera administrator to confirm your account and email.
- Account locked — too many failed attempts can temporarily lock sign-in. Wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
- Mobile app issues — update the app to the latest version, then close and reopen it.
If none of this works, contact support and include the email you're trying to use and any error message you see.
