If your card is lost, stolen, or you just want to pause it, you can freeze it instantly in Tera.
Freeze (lock) a card
- Go to Cards and open the card.
- Click the three-dot (⋯) menu and select Lock Card.
- Click Yes to confirm.
The card's status changes to Locked and no new transactions will go through.
Unfreeze (unlock) a card
Open the same menu, select Unlock Card, and confirm. The card returns to Active.
Block specific channels instead
If you'd rather not freeze the whole card, you can switch off individual channels (ATM, POS, e-commerce, contactless) under Card Controls. See Card limits and budgets.
Lost or stolen card
Freeze the card immediately using the steps above, then contact your administrator or Tera support so a replacement can be arranged. See How do I contact support?.
On mobile: freeze and unlock are available from the card's action bar.
