Can't find what you need in the Help Center? Here's how to reach the Tera team.
Submit a request
- Click Submit a request at the top of the Help Center.
- Describe your issue, and attach a screenshot if you can.
- Submit — you'll get a confirmation by email and we'll follow up there.
Before you reach out
To help us resolve things faster, include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The exact error message (a screenshot is ideal)
- Whether you were on web or mobile (and your app version, if mobile)
- The relevant item's type and reference (for example, an expense or bill)
For account or access issues
Some things are managed by your own company's Tera administrator rather than Tera support — for example, creating your account, changing your role, assigning a card, or setting approval workflows. If your question is about access or permissions, your admin is usually the fastest route.
