See how your projects are performing — across the whole portfolio, or one project at a time.
Portfolio view
Go to Projects → Dashboard and choose a Fiscal Year. It shows:
- Portfolio KPIs — number of projects, plus allocated, committed, actual, and available.
- Allocated vs Actual — a bar for each project.
- Budget Health — a breakdown of On Track, At Risk, and Over Budget.
- Spend Burn-Down — cumulative actual spend over the year.
- Project Cost Summary — a table of every project with its allocated, committed, actual, and available figures.
- Commitment Register — open commitments by purchase order, vendor, and project.
One project
Open a project and go to its Dashboard tab for the same picture scoped to that project: KPIs (allocated, committed, actual, available, utilization), Plan vs Actual by WBS, Spend Burn-Down, and Open Commitments.
For what "committed" and "actual" mean, see Understanding committed vs actual spend.
Important — check the Demo data setting. Each dashboard has a Demo data option in the toolbar's settings. When it's on, or when there's no live data to show, the charts display illustrative sample figures rather than your own. Make sure it's off before you read or share the numbers.
