Slice your spending by different dimensions using reports.
Run a report
- Go to Reports (the Reports tab opens the catalog).
- Search, or use the category pills (Cards, Wallets, Expenses, Bills, and more) to find a report — for example, Top Vendors by Spend, Spend by Category, or Expense by Category.
- Open the report, set filters (date range, department, entity), and click Run Report.
- View the results as a table (with a chart where available).
From the dashboard
On the dashboard, you can also apply dimension filters like department or location to see spend broken down.
On mobile
Reports live under More → Reports. Open a report, set its filters, and tap Run Report.
Tip: Once a report is run, you can export it to CSV or Excel.
