Understanding your dashboards

Dashboards give you a company-wide view of spend, so you can spot trends at a glance.

On the web

Open Dashboard. It has tabs — Wallets (India), Cards, Expenses, and Bills. Each shows key figures (like total budget, total spent, and % used), charts, and a data grid.

Filters: use the date range (this month, quarter, year to date, last 30/90/180/365 days, or a custom range) and dimension filters (like department, location, or entity). Active filters show as chips; the Filter button opens the panel. Use Print to export the view.

On mobile

The dashboard is a scrollable set of charts — spend by category, spend vs budget, top categories, and more. Filters aren't available on mobile.

Tip: Dashboards show the company-wide picture. Your own expenses, cards, and wallet live under My TERA.
