Prefer email? You can send receipts to Tera and they'll be processed for you — handy for receipts that arrive in your inbox.

How it works
- Your company has a dedicated Tera receipts email address. Ask your administrator for it if you don't have it yet.
- Forward or send the receipt (a photo or PDF) to that address from your work email.
- Tera reads the receipt and adds it to your receipts inbox in the app, where you can review it and save it as an expense.
Tip: Send one receipt per email for the best results. On mobile, you can also scan receipts directly with your camera — see Capture a receipt with your phone.
