Tera has a full web app and a companion mobile app. Use whichever suits the task.

The web app — everything

The web app is the complete experience: dashboard, expenses, cards, bills, vendors, wallets, reports, and approvals — plus admin-only areas like accounting, compliance, integrations, budgets, and user management.

The mobile app — on the go

The TeraCloud app covers what you need day to day, with tabs for Home, Tasks (approvals), Expenses, Cards, and More (AP inbox, payments, vendors, reports). It's great for:

• Scanning receipts with your camera (see Capture a receipt with your phone)
• Approving requests on the go
• UPI payments, requesting funds, and QR top-ups (India)
• Checking balances quickly
• Unlocking with fingerprint or face

What's web-only

Admin and configuration tasks live on the web: user management, accounting, compliance and integration setup, and budgets. Use the web app for those.
