Understanding wallet transaction statuses

Every wallet transaction shows a status so you always know where it stands.

🇮🇳 India only — this section applies to India (IN) accounts.

What each status means

• Submitted — the transaction has been initiated and is on its way.
• Pending — it's being processed. Some payments (like UPI) usually resolve within seconds.
• Success — completed. A transaction or UTR number is shown for your records.
• Failed — the transaction didn't complete. No money is deducted for a failed transaction.

Filtering your transactions

In your wallet, you can filter transactions by All, Failed, Pending, Compliance, Approved, and Rejected to quickly find what you're looking for.

If a transaction stays Pending far longer than expected, or you see a deduction for a Failed one, contact support with the transaction number.
