Bulk import for users, GL accounts, and vendors

Set up your workspace faster — add many records at once from a spreadsheet instead of entering them one by one.

What's new

  • Import users, GL accounts, and vendors from Admin → Import.
  • Guided flow — download a template, fill it in, and upload. Only .xlsx / .xls files are accepted.
  • Clear results — see how many records succeeded, failed, and were skipped, with a row-by-row message for anything that didn't import (for example, an invalid GSTIN or a duplicate).
  • Safe to re-run — fix the flagged rows and upload again; records that already imported aren't duplicated.
