Tera checks new bills against the ones you already have, so you don't pay the same invoice twice.
How it works
- When you add a bill to the inbox, Tera compares it with existing bills — looking at the vendor, invoice number, amount, and date.
- If it looks like a duplicate, the inbox item shows "Duplicate bill detected" with a note pointing to the existing bill, and moves to the Classified Out tab.
- Tera does not create a second bill automatically. Click the item to open the existing bill and decide what to do.
Tip: Duplicate detection catches likely matches from uploads — it's a safety net, not a guarantee. Always review a bill before paying it.
