Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365

Connect Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or Finance & Operations). Unlike QuickBooks, Dynamics connects using your own Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) app credentials, not a Tera sign-in.

Before you start

Create an app registration in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and have its Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant ID ready.

Steps

1. Go to Integrations → Marketplace, find Microsoft Dynamics (use search), and click Install.
2. In the setup wizard, enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and Tenant ID.
3. Click Connect. On success you'll see Connected successfully.
4. Continue through the remaining steps — Mapping → Test → Complete.

Note: These credentials come from your Microsoft Entra ID app registration. If the connection fails, double-check them. Tera stores the credentials securely and removes them if you uninstall the connector. Next, see Map GL accounts.
