Move money between your linked bank account and your Tera wallet.
🇮🇳 India only — this section applies to India (IN) accounts.
Add money
- Go to My TERA → Wallets and open your wallet.
- Open the wallet's menu (⋯) and choose Add Money.
- Enter the Amount and an optional Memo.
- Choose the From Account (your linked bank account). Your wallet is set as the To Account.
- Fill any required classification fields — Category, GL Account, Department, Cost Center, Location — and any custom fields your company requires.
- Continue to Authorize. If prompted, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- On success, you'll see a confirmation with a transaction number.
Withdraw money
Same steps, but choose Withdraw Money from the wallet menu — the money moves from your wallet back to your bank account.
Note: Classification fields (category, GL account, etc.) only appear when your company's policy requires them. If a field is marked required, you'll need to fill it before you can continue.
