Using payment requests

Need funds added to your wallet? Raise a top-up request and track it through approval.

🇮🇳 India only — this section applies to India (IN) accounts.

Raise a top-up request

1. Go to My TERA → Wallets → Topup Requests.
2. Tap Add Topup Request, enter the amount and a reason, and submit.
   (On mobile, use the Request Funds quick action on the Home screen.)
3. Your request goes for approval.

Track your request

Each request shows two statuses:

• Approval status — Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
• Request status — Pending → Processing → Completed as the payment is made.

Open any request to see its full details and an activity timeline of what's happened.

Once a request is approved, it can be paid — a Pay button appears on payable requests.
