Delegate your approvals

Going to be away and worried about approvals piling up? Here's how that's handled today.

Self-service delegation isn't available yet

Tera doesn't currently let you reassign your own approvals or set an out-of-office delegate from the app.

What to do while you're away

• Ask your Tera administrator. Admins manage approval workflows and can adjust them — for example, adding an alternate approver or changing the chain — so approvals aren't blocked while you're out.
• Escalation may keep things moving. Many workflows escalate automatically if an approver doesn't act in time, notifying someone else in the chain. See Understanding approval workflows.
