Navigating your dashboard

The dashboard gives you a company-wide view of spend. (For your own items, use My TERA.)

On the web

1. Open Dashboard.
2. Switch between the tabs — Wallets (India), Cards, Expenses, and Bills — to focus on one area.
3. Use the date-range filter (This month, Last 30/90 days, Year to date, or a custom range) to change the period.

Each tab shows charts and key figures for that area, so you can see trends at a glance.

On mobile

The Home screen shows your wallet and card balances, quick actions (Request Funds, UPI, and QR scan in India), your FinPilot tasks, and any pending approvals.

Tip: Your own expenses, cards, and wallet live under My TERA on the web, or the matching tabs on mobile. The dashboard is for the bigger, company-wide picture.
