  1. TERA may, at its sole discretion, waive any charge(s) either fully or partially.
  2. The above charges are subject to revision based on business or regulatory needs.
  3. All charges mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
  4. Surcharges will be applicable only on select MCCs and are subject to merchant and acquirer configurations.
  5. Any updates to these charges will be communicated to the customer via registered email or in-app notification.
