There is a layer of security if you ever suspect any fraudulent activity with your TERA physical card. When you freeze the card, no transaction will be processed whatsoever.
Freeze Your Physical Card
Follow the below steps to freeze your physical card:
- Go to Spend Management.
- Click Cards.
- Select the Card you want to freeze from your card list.
- Click the 3-dot button on the extreme right side.
- Click the Freeze Card.
